but due to some health issues...
i had to reconsider what i had planned [generally speaking] for this day.
so i had to rely on what was close-by,
easy fixes to my dilemma.

i know i usually tend to have editing issues in respect to the notion of "12 of 12",
but not this month,
as i barely made it,
through some wizardry of my own...
i tried to be humourous.

the building of our national television station had vanished!!!
i thought for a moment
it might be one of david copperfield's stunts...
but no!!
it was all mother nature's work.

je t'avouerai en avoir arrache pour completer ce 12 de 12. j'avais l'intention de faire autre chose, donc ce changement de cap a la derniere minute ne me rejouissait pas du tout. la bicyclette polaire cependant fut une belle decouverte.

well, "cromagnon" doesn't exist for nothing. you & lucrecia know me personally, so you know about my occasionally brutal nature, my first degree sense of humor, etc... & my loud mouth. so, i thought it'd be nice to insert this character into mankind's evolution [?!?]. i think this month's 12 of 12 had more to do with the text than the pictures themselves... but it's alright!! i'll take this as a welcomed change from my usually overabundant postings. am i finally grasping the notion of "less is more"??? i think NOT!!!

T - These are AWESOME! I need some of those snowflakes (the real ones haven't shown up 'round here yet). And the Polar Bike just weirds me out.
Couldn't help but think of The Beatles White Album when I saw the "Blank Page"... was the original shot you and Yoko naked??? YIKES! ;)

the polar bike is what gave me hope i could do something locally on that day, given my spine problems were acting up.(took a sick day the day after...).
the polar bike clearly states the nature of their business while conferring a seasonal look. i find this is an excellent window, very effective. it catches your attention.
when we get snow here, i'll ship it all to you, ok?!? brace yourself!!

The next time I find myself in the Village, I will ask you for recommendations -- I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at a restaurant there (don't worry -- I don't hold it against Montreal!).

considering the amount of restaurant we have in the city...it'd be a shame if you held it against the whole city. one restaurant, perhaps even only one person having a bad day & you paid for it, or maybe, it's really not a recommandable place. you gotta know where to go, & it's not always in the village. gotta think outside the ghetto, sometimes...

Oh! Are you by any chance Scorpio? I normally don't read horoscopes or pay any attention to them. But I've noticed that I fit a LOT of the Scorpio characteristics (I am Scorpio anyway). And one of those is feeling passionately about things. If I love it, I *really* love it, and if I don't like something, I *hate* it! I even do "don't care" strongly. If I don't care, I really don't feel anything for it!

i had to get creative, given to my disposition that day. as if life wasn't crazy enough, one has to be annoyed by other kinds of problems...
while i'm pleased with some, i'll have to endure the others. that's ok!! there's always next month; hoping things will quiet down at work, & my health improve, so i can have a better experience.

as it is spine-related, it is a chronic problems with peaks, comes & goes!! as for the pics, i've always enjoyed playing with the pics themselves, via photoshop or other programs, & enhanced their presentation via others. it can sometimes be a long process but it's part of the fun. visuals are important to me. also looking forward to the next 12th.
