these pictures were taken earlier today.
mother nature may be teasing us right now,
but this is just a prelude,
as she means to get down to business apparently,
comes next wednesday...
OY!!!make sure to have your winter tires installed
and your shovels nearby.
IT'S COMING!!!!
i just love the effect of the camera flash
over the falling snowflakes.
i had the same results
here.

i like the footprints people leave in the snow,
but i dislike those that drag their feet,
as you can observe to the right...

after a long day [that went fine though],
i was glad to get home.
at least,
someone there was happy to see me.
OUCH, MY FEET!!!:D~
HUGZ

Yep! Apparemment on va y goûter!
:D~
Footprints in Snow Look Rather Sad?Non? Great Photos!
@ tony:
sad?!?
i don't know.
at this point, i still find it charming, even amusing. ask me again when those footsteps are in a foot deep snow...
:D~
There you 2 go with that sexy french (?) conversation again!
I would trade you snow any day! I've seen snow 3 times in my life... it's not exactly an "Australian" thing. We do have snow but down south and it's freaking expensive to go to the snowfields.. so much so it's cheaper to go overseas for a holiday!
I am SO envious you get snow when i am sweltering in 35C heat with 90% humidity! Ughhhhhh.
Happy to do a Christmas house swap any time you want!!!
@ janelle:
of course you'll find some french here, in the comments at least. i'm francophone after all, and so are a few of my readers.
time to get that dictionnary out dear!!!
oui, oui!!!
;)~
as for the trading house,
as much as i'd like to see australia, 35 C + 90% humidity is much like our summers here...
no big change here. but you finding yourself knee deep in snow + the humidity still prevailing, montreal being an island, you might change your mind...
:D~
No, forget about Montreal to see winter! (Im loosing my sexyness, here)
In the Laurentians! There, you'll see winter. Reel winter. Specially today as the storm is working hard to cover absolutely everething under a thick coat of snow. I don't even see the trees in the back yard!
I guess this is the price to pay to live in a postal card!
(Am I ever glad to not be working today!)
@ la bloggia:
except...nobody needs shoveling the damn snow in a postcard...
:D~
Hey, this is my favorite sport! Beside skating in the wood. Yep, in my village, they managed to make trails of ice with a zamboni machine. Really cool! I can't wait to make a fool of myself in those trails, music blasting in my ears!
J'espère que t'as compris quelque chose! ;-)
:)~
