@ BETSY: well, it actually didn't do much good, presumably due to some recent excesses and too much coffee as well. No more wine or coffee for me for the next little while. I'll stick to hot tea and light food. I didn't go to work today, my belly being at war with me... Oh well!! :D~ HUGZ
