Apparently,
I was brought up in a meeting at one of our clients...
and it appears my sense of collaboration is appreciated over there.
I did intervene in a few cases
to solve the matter the quickest way possible
to avoid any type of aggravation for the patient.
It is part of my professional ethic.
That's just how I am!!
I suspect some people at work might disapprove of my ways...
but not everyone would agree with them,
fortunately!!
I obviously cannot elaborate on the matter more,
but I'm happy to see someone noticed
I'm trying to help the best way I can.
Maybe I should have remained in the customer services business.
I would [sometimes] irritate the management,
because I'm the type that needs an answer "N-O-W",
not later,
and I don't quit until it is fully resolved.
I am stubborn that way...
But the client would be happy!!
Isn't it the main goal here?!?
It felt good to get a compliment,
for a change...
