It's Saturday night
and if it used to mean to me
an exciting time,
things have evolved somewhat now.

I can just imagine this,
a onion ring topping some vanilla ice cream...

NEW-ZEALAND SPRING LAMB HOCK!!
I love this soup,
just for eating with a crust of bread,
or as a base for cooking meat,
like chicken, pork, or lamb!!
The lamb here playing peek-a-boo!!

I guess I missed my vocation, but I did fulfill another for a while, dealing with people in their time of need as an orderly in an hospital. Who knows what is ahead of me now...
