It's here, it's here!!
SPRINGTIME!!!
Well sort of...
Indecisive, moody, unpredictable,
reminds you of anyone?
While many trees are still bare,
a few dare to display a hint of green,
oh,
just a hint!!
Daffodils are making an appearance here and there...
...but they're standing alone still at this point.
I'm hoping the city workers have nice plant material in mind this year.

Nothing feels better than the first signs of Spring's arrival! Your photos are beautiful! Here in Texas days are already reaching into the 90's F, and I will soon long for the nice cool days of Spring!
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, our spring days here are still a little too close to freezing temperatures...
DeleteBut it will indeed get too hot soon enough, heatwaves after heatwaves!!

I think we're in Autumn already! I exaggerate, as usual. The blossom's so pretty but it's not easy to see through the rain.
ReplyDeleteIt's gonna rain 'till next Thursday, apparently...

It''s been a lovely day here as well--enough to make me think Spring has finally sprung!
ReplyDeleteI intend to go to Earth Day's March this afternoon and we might get a break from the rain,
Deleteeven if only for a short while. Crossing my fingers here.

Now I'm on the right 6WS, although I'm happy I stumbled on your post from March, (thank-you so much new blogger) because I really liked the switch in it! Very cool, but I was surprised that you were still seeing signs of winter (slowly) leaving in April! Just another thing I enjoy about blogging! Enjoy your week, and I hope your weather is beautiful! (without any winter reminders!) :)
ReplyDeleteWinter leaving slowly, indeed.
DeleteIt is still quite cold today.
Still heating the apartment mildly...
It was a little rough for the march to day for Earth Day.
We ain't there yet!!
