Today was a mild day,
not as mild as promised because there was a chilly wind,
but milder than we've had lately.
Which means everything was wet,
due to the rain and everything melting all over the place.
It was grey,
no sunlight,
but it was mild.
One thing that promises not to be mild tomorrow
is your fall if you don't watch your step,
as everything wet today will be icy tomorrow.
But until then,
I got mesmerized by the many reflections in the water.
What you see here is a tree reflected in a small puddle of water,
over a thick layer of ice.
Be careful tomorrow!!!

DeleteGlad for you if this was actually mild, because here,
the mild day was punctuated with a very cold [strong] breeze.
There was even security concerns at one point
as police closed off the street because some feared
the cranes or the employees might be pushed over...
That's how strong the wind was!!
