Any reason will do for me
not to do my domestic chores,
so when I got an email from my friend Lucrecia,
I was a little surprised when she mentioned plans for the afternoon,
but she was right.
We had discussed the possibility.
And I remembered she also wanted to see the fireworks in the evening...
So I rushed to meet her up and we took the subway together!!
We got off at the Peel Metro Station.
Walking toward our destination on Sherbrooke Street,
we came across a couple of art pieces,
by Paul Lancz,
A tender moment expressed under the rain...
by Van Fischer.
A little ironic with all of this rain today...
This amused me immensely!!
Is it too late to say:
"Don't Drink and Drive!!"
Begonias looked amazing!!
Upon reaching the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal,
Rodin looked gloomy,
perhaps because we weren't there for him...
You'll find out later why we were there!!!
It deserves a post of its own!!
We then returned home,
quite enchanted with our visit,
to have dinner together and a long chat.
The International des Feux Loto-Quebec were beginning today
and the Australian team were the first.
the weather did not favor them,
not from my vantage point.
T'was a fine day otherwise.
I still have domestic chores to do though.
I'll get there,
