This would have been my 3rd day without posting...
Rather unusual for me
but I've been busy.
I haven't posted anything these last two days but I've been writing.
My Sepia Saturday post is ready and I've visited all of my Sepian fellows.
I've done many other things which I can't really discuss here,
but let it just be known that I'm prepping for war.
Trying to remain calm and serene about it...
I went for a quick stroll after work just to have a look around.
I did have something in mind
but when I got there,
its whole facade was torn down for renovation...
"Waiting 4 the Bus".
Something I'm glad I don't have to put up with...
A woman on my left tried [and succeeded] to avoid my camera.
If only she knew how much photoshop I do,
she wouldn't have been worried being in my picture...
Indeed as it took a while for my eyes to adjust to the light.
The city is anything but a ghost town,
people milling everywhere...
This is actually a reflection on the windows of a neighboring building
of the St Patrick Basilica.
"Celebrations in Montreal's Chinatown".
I asked two women in a shop nearby what these preparations were for
and between a few words in English,
some in French,
and some in Chinese,
I deduced this was for China Day (Taiwan),
yes, "Taiwan", as one of them insisted upon a lot.
I got it, I got it!!
Seen on a balcony,
Are these even edible?!?
a colorful day,
a little work,
a little gossip,
(someone got the confirmation today that she is pregnant...),
and a little walk at the end of the day
to keep my mind of of what is at bay [for now]...
Wouldn't mind more days like this!!
