I [love to] bitch and moan about this and that,
I see folks stressed out by various matters
and the holiday season is nothing to help
as many run around like headless chickens,
trying to fit in job deadlines and days off,
shopping and partying,
or leaving the city to be with their loved ones in far away regions.
It is just a crazy time of the year.
But when I see something like this,
It just shuts me up.
"The Harsh Reality [Homeless in Montreal]".
Whatever we may think is a problem is not truly one.
This is a real problem!!
Help, if you can.
Many in our society fall off the grid for many reasons
like psychological trauma, psychiatric problems, drugs or alcohol, etc...
And their survival instinct is what keeps them alive from day to day.
A kind gesture may not change their whole lives,
but you might brighten up someone's day for a moment.
They may live on the fringe of society
but they deserve better than that,
as we all do!!
