YEAR of the HORSE (035/365, V4.0)

"Year of the Horse"

Thus begins a new year according to the Chinese calendar
and this time it is under the sign of the Wood Horse.
I found this

"The Year of the Wood Horse (January 31, 2014 through February 18, 2015)
brings a sense of restless excitement.
Ox natives prefer stability and security.
With Horse pulling you along,
your challenge will to be more flexible and adventurous.

Wood energy encourages slow growth that supports your best interests.
In a year marked by change and reevaluation,
have the courage to surrender what no longer works for you.

It can be uncomfortable to leave what is familiar.
But your social networks, good friends, and wise mentors will help you find your best path forward. Apparent roadblocks will be giving way to exciting new opportunities."

You can find out yours here

I find this interesting about the notion of change and reevaluation,
though I would have expected to read this next year
as much is up in the air for the next two years,
leaving many unsure about what the future holds...
As a true Ox,
I do like stability and hate surprises,
but I am given also to sudden impulses,
as you'd expect from an Aries!!
I read elsewhere that no big money will come my way,
love would be difficult,
and my digestive track system is still of some concern.
Yeah,
tell me something I don't know...

Whatever this new year brings,
we'll have to do our best with whatever comes,
and let's just try avoiding doing something stupid,
and we all should be fine,
won't we?!?

By the way,
the picture above is a composite of four photographs I've taken between 2011 and 2013.
Just so you know...
Happy new year to our Asian friends!!

  1. Salut Cochon. Je suis un Cheval de Feu! :D

I personnaly don't buy anything horoscopes says. I just don't believe in it.

Une de ces 4 images n'aurait-elle pas été prise au Jardin Botanique par hasard?
