Indeed, when the weather is nasty, it is not a motivation to go outside to do my photography as colors and contrasts aren't as great as under sunny conditions...
But it all depends of my mood and my general well being. I sometimes surprise myself venturing outside when common sense would dictate staying inside...

I hope you were able to rest up this weekend. I've had a similar situation lately. I just want to sleep and keep it low-key. All the time. And the more it's rainy and overcast, the stronger the feeling.

Oh I so agree with you, and I am a bit out of sorts (dog sitting a pup) that really does need to get out more! and sleep in later, after all it's the weekend!!! ...and we're welcoming in winter finally here, grr, last Sunday I took all kinds of cool shots by the lake of a local college...all those tremendous wild geese, named Canada goose who always happen by! Enjoy the rest of your weekend too! ;)
